On September 5th this year Natasha Smith of the Beaches Half-Marathon will host the first ever Walk’n’Bike-a-thon as a friendly season-ending event for the community. This year a playground has been installed, and we are hoping to go even further in the next few years with sports grounds and climbing equipment, culminating in an all-weather shelter so families can enjoy the area and events can be planned in the park no matter the weather!
