Environment Canada has issued an extreem Windchill and Severe Weather Warning for the Grand Beach area for tonight and Sunday!

Strong winds brought down the scaffolding and parts of the construction site at South Beach Casino in Scanterbury. The debris fell on some parked vehicles, but there are currently no reports of people being harmed.
Though it can be sunny at the Beaches the weather forcast for Southern Manitoba will predict rain. I wish Environment Canada would discover the area from Patricia Beach to Victoria Beach. We have a link there that displays the current weather for the Beaches Area of Manitoba.

Supposedly there is an agreement between the Provincial Government and the management of the South Beach casino to ban smoking within the casino soon. The deal sopposedly is that they will be allowed to set up an additional three hundred one armed bandits in exchange for going smoke-free.
Bordered by Ontario, Saskatchewan, the Northwest Territories, Hudson Bay and the United States, Manitoba is one of the three Prairie provinces and is located in the center of Canada.
