While housing sales in the rest of the western world are dropping and prices in the States are hitting rock bottom, Winnipeg bucks the trend and is supposed to increase more!

The Winnipeg Realtors Association announced that sales of condominium were up a staggering 43% this January, compared to January of last year.

Further development in the Dugald Road area with an addition 53 single family homes has been approved by Mayor Sam Katz’s cabinet.
