Prarrie Jewel the girls that give you “juicy prairie folk fusion” will be returning to Manitoba this June. They are thinking of giving a concert in Winnipeg Beach around the 18th. They recently played a sold out show at the Winnipeg Folk Festival.

Manitoba Government: thousands of dollars for home owners with geothermal

When building a new home the owner can receive up to $2,000 in a refundable Green Energy Equipment Tax Credit and $1,000 in grants for installing geothermal heating and cooling.

A radius of 1.6 km around the Sunrise Propane Industrial Gases was evacuated by the police this early Sunday morning. Many residents are elderly, some have cuts and light injuries, . Even after 5 hours two big propane containers are still burning!

Teen Calls Bush’s Secret Phone; Creates Security Scare

An Icelandic teen somehow figured out President Bush
’s private phone number, and called it recently, leaving a message saying he was the president of Iceland and wanted him to call him back. Teen won’t say how he did it.

Before leaving office George W. Bush must issue a mass pardon, actually the largest collection of presidential pardons in American history. Bush will pardon himself, Vice President Cheney, and a long list of officials involved in torture, eavesdropping, destruction of evidence, the CIA leak case and a range of other crimes.

MVV Baustelle an Münchner Freiheit gemeingefählich – kein Ende in Sicht

Nordwärts entlang der Leopoldstraße ragen zum Teil Teile des Baustellenzauns in den Fahrradweg. Sowohl Fahrradweg als auch Fußweg werden so stark eingeengt, daß es immer wieder zu Beinahezusammestößen zwischen Fahrradfahrer und Fußgänger kommt. Um für die Autos mehr Platz zu schaffen wurd eine Fahrspur auf den Fahrradweg gelenkt!
