Fresh Snow

Fresh Snow

I love the beach in the Summer. I like the quiet in the Fall and I enjoy seeing everything budding in Spring.

I also like Winter though. I guess you have to, if you want to spend any kind of time in Manitoba. Winter, or what most other people would call Winter, lasts for about half the year.

We had our first snow in the first week of November I and I don’t expect it to be gone before April. Other years I remember we had snow even earlier than that. As a kid I remember mom telling me that any snow that falls on or after Halloween will stay till Spring.

I made a few pictures of Winter in Hillside Beach, so you can maybe understand why I like it.
