Hi all!
Before I apply for the Chef vacancy you advertise for, could you also say something about the Restaurant? I mean some insight, if you have access to any, regarding how employees are treated, what salary to expect, stuff like that?
Best wishes,
Eugene

Hi Eugene,
I can’t tell you about the salary, but I know Cheryl pays better than most others out here. That is something you will have to work out with her.
I have known Cheryl, the owner/operator of the Idle Thyme for quite a few years now and can tell you that she creates a pleasant work environment for her employees. Some even say she is too lenient.
Where in the world are you currently? Your IP looks like you are in Europe. Do you live in Manitoba, or do you intend to move there.
regards
Fredrick

Looks like Eugene is not the only European coming across this site. Guess it has something to do with the hospitable Canadian culture! 🙂
Travelled through Manitoba in 2003 – and absolutely loved it!

Hi Frederick,
great that you liked Manitoba.
Even though our Beaches Area is not well known internationally and a bit off the beaten track, I meet all kinds of interesting people there.
We are hoping to make it more popular and would love to share the great summers and hospitality.
regards
Fredrick
