Though it can be sunny at the Beaches the weather forcast for Southern Manitoba will predict rain. I wish Environment Canada would discover the area from Patricia Beach to Victoria Beach. Not even Grand Beach gets mentioned in 99% of the weather forecasts! A good place to check the current weather is our Eastern Beaches Website. Will the Casino in Scanterbury go Smoke-Free?
Supposedly there is an agreement between the Provincial Government and the management of the South Beach casino to ban smoking within the casino soon. The deal sopposedly is that they will be allowed to set up an additional three hundred one armed bandits in exchange for going smoke-free.
